By creating an account, accessing, or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

MyFRCR provides an online educational platform for FRCR 2B examination preparation, featuring:

• 1,250+ short cases with 2,000+ radiographs
• 600+ long cases with 1,000+ cross-sectional images
• Full lossless DICOM viewer with diagnostic workstation quality
• Progress tracking and performance analytics
• Examiner feedback and marking schemes

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a medical professional or medical student
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate

3.3 Account Sharing Prohibition

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each account is for individual use only. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase for first-time subscribers. To request a refund, contact support@myfrcr.com within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are not available for:

• Renewal subscriptions
• Accounts that violate our Terms of Service
• Requests made after the 14-day period

4.4 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of the subscription period unless cancelled. You can manage your subscription settings in your account dashboard.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share your account credentials with others

is owned by or licensed to JW Digital Services Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our consultant radiologists retain certain rights in the content they create.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal educational purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

• Resell or commercial use of the Service
• Collection and use of content for derivative works
• Downloading or copying of content for sharing with others
• Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools

6.3 User Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service becomes our property and may be used without compensation to you.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that use of our Service will result in passing the FRCR 2B examination or any other professional qualification. Success depends on many factors beyond our control.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JW DIGITAL SERVICES LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JW Digital Services Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or share through the Service

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@myfrcr.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

10.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Account sharing or unauthorized access
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Extended period of inactivity

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Sending an email notification for significant changes

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MyFRCR regarding the use of our Service.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and any failure to assert a right shall not constitute a waiver of such right.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

14.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

15. Special Terms for Educational Content

15.1 Content Authenticity

We guarantee that all educational content (cases, questions, and answers) is created by qualified consultant radiologists without the use of artificial intelligence generation. This commitment to human expertise ensures clinical relevance and exam authenticity.

15.2 Image Quality Standards

All medical images are provided in full lossless DICOM format at diagnostic workstation quality, complying with RCR PACS Guidelines (3rd Edition). We maintain these standards to ensure authentic exam preparation conditions.

15.3 Content Updates

We regularly update our content based on exam trends and feedback. Access to updated content is included in your subscription at no additional charge.
